Weekend Meals for Kids

We understand that weekends can be tough for families relying on school-provided free and reduced cost meals. Our Weekend Meals to Grow Program is here to help! Children enrolled in the Vail School District who qualify for food bank services or free lunch at school are eligible to receive a weekend meal bag including: 2 breakfasts, 2 lunches, 2 dinners, 3 snacks, milk, fruit and fruit juice.

Meals to Grow are delivered to your child’s school each week while school is in session. During school breaks, meals are available for pickup at the ReSources Vail Food Bank—ensuring stable access to food.

By ensuring consistent access to food, we support children’s health, well-being, and academic success- helping them thrive both in and out of the classroom.

Arizona Tax Credit

You can help feed children in our area!

Greater Vail Community ReSources is a Qualified Charitable Organization (QCO) code: 20904. Arizona Charitable Tax Credit gifts can be made through April 15, for the prior year’s State return.

A recent change, increasing the charitable tax credit limits to $495/$987 applies to the 2025 tax year.
