ReSources Vail Food Bank Our food bank serves households throughout the Greater Vail community, an area of 425 square miles as defined by the Vail School District. ReSources provides food for low income-seniors, individuals and families struggling with financial hardship. This includes The Emergency Food Assistance Program (TEFAP) once per month, and weekly “pantry visits” during the other weeks. Seniors over 60 years old qualify for the monthly Commodity Senior Food Program (CSFP), otherwise known as a “Senior Box”. Non-food items include diapers, personal hygiene items and pet food.

ReSources Vail Food Bank is open to serve clients Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday from 11:00-2:00 and Thursday from 12:00-4:00. The food bank is also open one Saturday per month, typically the last Saturday, from 10:00-noon. The next Saturday open is August 27, 2022.

ReSources Senior Meal Program benefits home-bound, physically challenged, or convalescent individuals in several ways, but most importantly it provides balanced supplemental nutrition that is not carbohydrate or sodium heavy. Volunteers deliver frozen, heat-and-eat dinner meals, and breakfast & lunch items each week.
